Draft — pending legal review
This is a draft prepared as part of the website design. It must be reviewed and completed by a qualified lawyer in your operating jurisdiction before the site goes live.
Our role
AVORA Bali acts as a travel concierge and coordinator. Except where expressly stated, we do not own or operate aircraft, vessels, vehicles, villas, restaurants or security services. Those services are provided by independent third parties who hold the relevant licences, and are supplied on their own terms.
Requests and proposals
Submitting a request through this site does not create a booking and does not oblige either party. A request is followed by a consultation and a written proposal. A service is arranged only once you have approved that proposal in writing and any required payment has been made.
Availability
All services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Aircraft, vessels, vehicles, villas, tables and protection personnel can become unavailable between quotation and confirmation, and prices may change accordingly.
Regulated services
Certain services depend on the decisions of third parties and public authorities. These include airside and aircraft-door assistance, immigration processing, official escorts, park and anchorage permits, and filming or photography permissions. AVORA arranges these through licensed partners and cannot guarantee approval.
Weather, safety and operator discretion
Marine, aviation and helicopter services are subject to weather, sea state, safety requirements and the operator's discretion. An operator may delay, alter or cancel a service on safety grounds; where that happens we will arrange an alternative where one exists.
Payment, changes and cancellation
Payment terms, deposits, change fees and cancellation charges are set by the underlying provider and are stated in your written proposal before you approve it. Where a provider's terms are stricter than our own, the provider's terms apply.
Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is the client's responsibility and is strongly recommended, particularly for marine, aviation, diving and remote-island itineraries.
Conduct and local law
Clients and their guests are expected to comply with Indonesian law and with the rules of the properties, vessels and venues they visit. AVORA may decline or discontinue a service where a request is unlawful, unsafe, or would place a partner in breach of its licence.
Liability
AVORA's responsibility is the care with which it coordinates and communicates. We are not liable for the acts, omissions or default of independent providers, nor for events beyond reasonable control, including weather, government decisions, strikes and operational failures.
Governing law
To be completed on legal review, together with the governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process.
