AVORA is a private travel concierge based in Bali. We do not sell tours or packages. We hold a client's itinerary end to end — aviation, arrival, accommodation, transport, table, water and protection — and arrange each regulated element through appropriately licensed local partners.
What we actually do
Most of our work is coordination rather than supply. A single concierge holds your file, speaks to the operators on your behalf, and returns with one schedule instead of eleven confirmations. When something moves — a delayed aircraft, a closed anchorage, weather over the crater — the same person moves the rest of the day around it.
How we are structured
AVORA arranges services with third-party providers who hold the relevant Indonesian licences: aviation charter operators, marine operators, ground transport companies, security providers and hospitality partners. We are the client's side of that relationship, not the operator, and we say so plainly in every proposal.
Why there is no checkout button
Nothing complex should be bought before it is confirmed available. Aircraft, yachts, villas over peak dates and protection details are all quoted after the operator has confirmed, which is why every enquiry becomes a written proposal rather than an instant booking.
Discretion as a working method
Client names, itineraries, guest lists and preferences are held on file and shared with a partner only to the extent that partner needs in order to deliver, and only with your approval. We do not publish client names, photographs or itineraries, and we do not confirm or deny that someone is a client.
